P.A.T. Method is comprised of over 145 different hands-on contacts and passive patient movements that vary depending on a patient’s injury, sport or need. P.A.T. Method not only addresses flexibility and range of motion discrepancies, it also aims to help patients struggling with pain and discomfort by reducing soft tissue hypertonicity and improper movement patterns.

For patients who are currently experiencing pain or tightness, P.A.T. Method providers can use a multitude of passive movements which aim to reach the true cause of pain or stiffness, regardless of its location. By restoring proper body mechanics, P.A.T. Method patients can get back to the things they love or need to do in life.

The passive nature of P.A.T. Method offers several advantages over other treatments that may be active in nature or to those that do not focus on range of motion improvements. Since P.A.T. Method is passive, it allows the provider to better palpate soft tissue dysfunction, increase their treatment depths, all while improving the patients’ proper range of motion.

For the provider, P.A.T. Method offers an ergonomic treatment method that can help extend their careers. Unlike other treatment methods that are physically taxing for the provider’s hands and bodies, each of the 145 treatment methods were specifically designed to be easy to perform regardless of a provider’s size. P.A.T. Method has multiple contacts and multiple methods of treating a single muscle or a larger group of muscles. This variety gives the provider multiple treatment options for addressing a patient’s complaint.

P.A.T. Method has been used to treat over 1000 professional athletes in the big four sporting leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL) as well as MLS, European Premier league, professional lacrosse and college athletes in Division I-III. In addition to professional athletes, P.A.T. Method is used consistently on Grammy winning musicians as well as Oscar winning actors.
